黄灌球先生，1960年11月出生，香港大学社会科学学士。1992年8月至2007年11月，任法国巴黎资本(亚太)有限公司亚洲投资银行主管之前，曾先后就职于获多利投资服务有限公司、美国银行信托(香港)有限公司、野村国际(香港)有限公司、Samuel Montagu & Co., Ltd.。2007年7月创立Bull Capital Partners Ltd.(在开曼群岛注册成立)并担任董事。2015年8月起，任REF Holdings Limited(于香港联交所上市，股票代码：1631)独立非执行董事。黄灌球先生在投资银行及企业融资方面拥有逾28年经验。黄灌球先生还曾于2010年8月至2019年5月任中国西部水泥有限公司独立非执行董事;曾于2012年5月至2016年6月任安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司独立非执行董事;曾于2013年8月至2017年5月任三盛控股(集团)有限公司独立非执行董事;曾于2014年6月至2017年6月任中国圣牧有机奶业有限公司独立非执行董事。2021年4月起，出任本公司独立董事。
Mr. Wong Kun Kau, born in November 1960, graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree in social science. From August 1992 to November 2007, he worked as the head of BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited of Investment Banking – Asia., Before it, he worked with Wardley Investment Services Ltd., Bank America Trust Co., (HK) Ltd., Nomura International (HK) Ltd., and Samuel Montagu & Co., Ltd. He is the founder and has served as a director of Bull Capital Partners Ltd. which is incorporated in the Cayman Islands since July 2007. He has been an independent non-executive director of REF Holdings Limited (a company listed on SEHK, stock code: 1631) since August 2015. Mr. Wong Kun Kau has over 28 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. From August 2010 to May 2019, he served as an independent non-executive director of West China Cement Limited. From May 2012 to June 2016, he served as an independent non-executive director of Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited. From August 2013 to May 2017, he served as an independent non-executive director of Sansheng Holdings (Group) Company Limited. From June 2014 to June 2017, he served as an independent non-executive director of China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited. He has been Director of the Company since April 2021.
